Join BAM and Brooklyn cultural journal A Public Space for the third season of Between the Lines, a look at contemporary storytelling. Looking at how people shape places and places shape people through the lenses of architecture, literature, and film, we explore the themes shaping the 21st century.

Annie Coggan, designer and artist who teaches in the Interior Design Department at Mississippi State University.
Rachel Cohen, author of A Chance Meeting: Interwined Lives of American Writers and Artists (1854-1967), which recounts little-known encounters between historical figures.
Sam Green & Carrie Lozano, directors of the documentary Utopia, Part 3: The World’s Largest Shopping Mall, about the nearly empty South China Mall.
Jean-Louis Schuller, director of the documentary Chunking Dream, about the diversely populated Chunking Mansions in Hong Kong.
Srdjan Jovanovic Weiss, architect and founder of Normal Architecture Office, a spatial practice for architecture, urbanism and curating.
