This week on Hey Brooklyn: The folks behind Nachos NY and Wednesday's Guactacular are “On a quest for the best nachos ever”. Founder Lee Frank’s devotion to the salty, cheesy snack was legendary before they started (he even had a tee shirt proclaiming “I heart Nachos”), and this wealth of appreciation and knowledge served as a spring board to a bustling website for all things nachos in New York.
